If you have an electronic version (Word or pdf) of your policy statement, e-mail it to us, and we will undertake a critical review of the document and provide you with written feedback.

When sending in a policy document for review, let us know if the document is in the public domain or not.

• Unless told otherwise we will assume that the policy statement is in the public domain and does not need to be treated as confidential

• The review will be treated as confidential and not be made available to any third parties

• Subject to availability we will normally aim to turn round a review in 10 working days

• Requesting a review will not sign you up to any e-mail distribution lists

• We reserve the right to decline to review a policy document
